SUMMARY
We are looking to expand our global creative team with a member who will work out of either our office in San Clemente, CA or Bentonville, AR. You will deliver digital and print creative assets that highlight our brand and the uniqueness of our products. You will bring ideas and contribute to projects that will strengthen our brand and improve our processes. As a graphic designer, you will work closely with the global creative team to insure consistency with all creative assets. You are regularly bringing new ideas to the team and seeking to push the limits of creativity.
YOUR MISSION
- Creation of graphics and layouts for print and online application
- Collaborate on concepts for brand and product communication
- Development of print and digital products based on conceptual templates
- Image editing, retouching and creation of print data
- Support for creative and project management processes
- Work with global creative team members on regional and global projects
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
The ideal candidate has a Degree in Graphic Design and professional work experience, ideally within the MTB or a related outdoor industry
- Completed design studies or comparable training and at least 3 years professional work experience
- professional skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent feeling for design, typography and corporate design
- Very good knowledge of Creative Suite
- Experience in screen design and moving image
- Independent, goal-oriented and organized working method
- Photography knowledge
- Analytical thinking and a comprehensive understanding of processes
- Positive attitude, self-starter with flexible work style and high motivation & team player
